Over the Top

When putting an outfit together, I always start with bottom first, then work my way to the top, accessories and finally shoes. I bougth this blouse about a month ago and couldn't decide what to pair it with, so this time I started with the top instead. The printed pants needed something simple to go with it and this is what I came up with. You may not be able to tell but this is a high low tunic that can be worn easily with skinnies or tucked in with a skirt.
