I do not usually wear shorts, but the weather was just perfect over the weekend. I have a few rules about wearing shorts. First, you can't go just anywhere in shorts. There's a place and time for it, like parks, walk on the beach of just at home on a hot day. Second, the outfit has to be balanced. I don't like to show too much skin when choosing the top. A well covered blouse and even a lightweight blazer is perfect. Now, for younger girls outthere, you can basically break any rules.
